单井抽灌循环地下换热技术

单井循环地下换热系统的设计思路是利用一口浅水井同时进行抽水和回灌,取代古板意义上的水源热泵系统中划分设置的抽水井和回灌井,该工艺是从含水层下部取水,换热后的地下水再回灌到含水层的上部。由于抽水回灌所引起的含水层压差的保存,地下水强迫流动,其换热能力大大优于土壤,因此单井循环换热系统所担负负荷的能力优于土壤源热泵系统。

聊城莘县燕店镇小区供暖项目所接纳的单井循环热泵系统的技术焦点在于填砾抽灌同井,钻井历程中,井径直径大于井管直径,其环空接纳分选性较好的砾石填充,并且井内含有隔水板,利用后的地热水通过井内回灌管回灌到环空砾石中,经换热后,流入含水层下部,经下部的潜水泵抽出再利用,循环往复。由于在单井内完成了抽水和回灌两个历程,大大节省了园地空间、钻井用度、设备投资等,高效节能。
